“In 2009, the remodel of our condo was completed. During this time, we received a postcard in the mail from Nathan Bullock who was advertising his property management services. We noticed on the postcard that the unit next door to us was serviced by Mr. Bullock. Throughout the year in 2009, we were able to compare our unit’s monthly reservations to the unit next door. We had many vacancies even with our new remodel while the unit next door had solid reservations each month. It just didn’t add up. We contacted Mr. Bullock and decided it was time for a change.
