NEWLY BUILT IN 2019: Contemporary and sophisticated yet comfortable and beachy, this amazing home features a refreshing saltwater pool, 6 spacious bedroom suites, 3 covered porches, outdoor shower, elevator, and is just a short 5-minute walk to the sandy beaches of Isle of Palms in a quiet area yet w/in walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, and more . With all this plus impeccable personal service, The Great Escape will make you feel like you are vacationing in your own private resort!

The Space:  The Great Escape offers many special features and upscale furnishings that make it a cut above the rest. There is so much to love about this unique home.

LIVING AREAS:
Relax and unwind in a posh living room with comfortable seating for at least 12. The 65” HD-LED TV adds a cinematic touch to movie night.
The top floor family room provides another comfortable seating space for eight and a 55” HD-LED TV.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The open-concept chef's kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality items and includes stainless steel appliances as well as lovely quartz countertops. The six-burner gas range makes stove top cooking for a group simple. It is also well stocked with small appliances , upgraded cookware, pitchers, barbecue tools, baking and serving dishes, serve ware, indoor and outdoor dishes, upgraded flatware , some seasonings, indoor and outdoor placemats, lots of utensils, large and small platters and trays....There are four bar stools at the expansive kitchen island. Also, there is an elegant, glass-top table with 10 chairs in the adjacent dining area. The outdoor Porch table seats 10-12.

BED & BATH:
The three-level home sleeps up to 12 guests in bedrooms which have large closets and an abundance of drawer space. All mattresses are upgraded Southern Lady brand with mattresses in encapsulated covers.There are three king bed master en-suites with walk-in showers and two with double vanities. Two are located on the main floor and the other occupies the top floor.
The fourth guest room features a queen bed and porch access, An adjoining fifth bedroom with a king bed is connected by a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom is fitted with four twin beds and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Hairdryers are available in each bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
Enjoy a fenced backyard oasis with a 3- 5’-deep saltwater pool with embedded seating for warm weather use, and a patio with lounge chairs and shaded seating. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower makes it easy to shower and dress. Fire up the Weber gas grill for an alfresco meal at a shaded poolside table. Another dining table seats 12 on the covered back open porch There’s plenty of comfortable furniture on the other porches/patios to enjoy the Atlantic breeze!

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS:
Elevator is large and ultra modern with gate less door and auto off lights. It has 3 floor stops and can be locked. Exterior access buttons are high to protect small children from accessing.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and a washer/dryer. There is parking for up to 2 cars in the garage and 4 in the driveway but the maximum total allowed at one time is 6. The screened garage also has a ping-pong table. A top-quality, easily pushed beach buggy (designed for sandy beaches) with 8 chairs and 2 beach umbrellas is available to rent for an additional fee of $140. for a week or $90 for 4nts or less.

THE LOCATION:
The Great Escape is 1100’ from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, ice cream shops, salon and spa, seafood store, butcher shop. Marina and water sports 1.75 miles Downtown Charleston is a 25-minute drive. Mt. Pleasant amenities are just across the bridge with shopping, restaurants, historic sites, sweetgrass basket corridor, Patriots Point area. Sullivan’s Island is 2 miles away.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will be granted access to the property with a door code. We have a policy set for early arrivals. We can forward details upon request. There is a garage door code that can be given to outside vendors for deliveries of items such as baby gear, bikes, golf carts etc. There will be no access given to outside vendors without approval. There is parking for a certain # of vehicles (6). Parking in the front of the home on the grass is prohibited by the city.

Other things to note:

The Owner of the premises is not responsible for any damages or injury, which may occur at the premises, nor are we responsible for any articles lost or stolen, or left on the premises. Guest agrees to indemnify the property Owners and Property management company, Deserving Vacations, from any and all incidents that may occur while using this property. No 3rd Party Vendors will be given access to the property without owner or Property Manager approval.

POOL - Our pool is a medium sized saltwater pool. It will be open for swimming as long as the outdoor temperature is at least 72 degrees but is generally closed for use and covered from November through March. It is not heated.

BEACH BUGGY - We have a deluxe beach buggy which includes 8 beach chairs and two umbrellas. You can rent this for $175 per week or $100 for 4 nights or less. . Beach Chairs and umbrellas are not available for individual use if Beach Buggy is not rented.  Owner nor property management company will assume liability for any aspect of rental pertaining to beach buggy or chairs or umbrellas
