Welcome to quintessential front porch living within Wild Dunes Resort!  This remodeled 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is perfect for your next beach vacation!  It is located within the Seaside Cottages directly next to the Boardwalk Inn with convenient access to the beach, pools, golf, bike rentals and walking trails (guests would have access to the pool at the Grand Pavilion).  This home is perfect for the extended family looking to get away to the beach!

This home was completely remodeled/redecorated in 2021 and is ready for guests enjoyment in 2023!  Cook meals in your fully equipped kitchen and enjoy indoor or outdoor accommodations.  The kitchen can accommodate plenty of guests (8 at kitchen table & 6 bar stools) or guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on the screened porch (table for 6).  Guests can relax in the indoor or screened porch living rooms which are both equipped with SmartTVs.  Or enjoy your coffee on the centuries old live oak tree on the quiet oversized front porch in one of the 4 rocking chairs or the front porch bed swing.

The bedroom setup includes a 1st floor guest suite (king bed & full en suite bathroom), 2nd floor primary bedroom (king bed & full en suite bathroom), 2nd floor second bedroom (queen bed), and 3rd floor third bedroom (dual full beds).

We provide guests with bed linens and bath towels and a starter supply of soaps, shampoo, bath tissue, paper towels, cleaning supplies and trash bags are also provided.  We would love to host you!

PLEASE NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT RENT OUR GOLF CART TO GUESTS.  WE WISH WE COULD BUT IT IS PROHIBITED BY THE HOA ASSOCIATION.  GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RENT GOLF CARTS AT THIS LOCATION.
