This first floor unit (1 set of stairs to front entrance) is a convenient walk to the pool and beach!  It is a wonderfully decorated Lagoon Villa in the heart of Wild Dunes!  This nautical themed villa is perfect for the active family looking to enjoy all aspects of the resort!  It can accommodate as many as 6 adults with 2 bedrooms (each bedroom has 2 queen beds and 1 full bath) that each have their own private balcony overlooking the private Lagoon Villa pool.  

Once you've exhausted golfing at the resort, swimming in the pool, biking the neighboring trails, and surfing at the beach you'll be able to relax in the well appointed living room furnished with a comfy couch & leather recliner in front of a Vizio Smart TV.  Or (for those looking to unplug) enjoy watching the wildlife & relax under the Centuries Old Live Oak on your private porch!  Guests can cook dinner in their full-service kitchen or enjoy the local cuisine of nearby restaurants!  

A starter supply of linens, soaps, shampoo, bath tissue, paper towels and trash bags are provided. We look forward to your stay!
