Welcome to the BEST SUNSET VIEW IN WILD DUNES!  This gorgeous and newly renovated home offers a private island retreat to Isle of Palms.  Enjoy the Lowcountry's finest setting with a unique location on Isle of Palms inner coastal marshland!  You cannot beat this view!

This home was newly renovated in 2021 & 2022 (nearly everything was renovated). Brand new flooring throughout, new kitchen and new stainless steel appliances, new dining room table, new washer/dryer, etc.  The home also has a unique open floor plan allowing views/sunlight to penetrate the entire home!  Off the living room is a wrap around porch that we expect most guests to enjoy endless amounts of time.  There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the home.  The primary bedroom (king bed) is on the second floor and has amazing views of the inner coastal marshland and has a palatial en suite bathroom that includes a soaking tub, zero entry shower and walk-in closet; the second bedroom (two double beds) is also on the second floor and has its own full en suite bathroom; the third bedroom (queen bed) is on the first floor along with the fourth bedroom (king bed) that acts as the guest suite and has a full en suite bathroom as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with typical and additional appliances (regular drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, etc.). There is also a washer and dryer on the second floor if needed. A starter supply of linens, soaps, shampoo, bath tissue, paper towels and trash bags are also provided.
