Welcome to our 3 Bedroom & 3 Bathroom oceanfront condo in Summer House Villas within Wild Dunes!  This comfortable beachfront condo is large enough to host your entire family for your annual beach vacation, but also convenient enough to host a quick weekend getaway for a group of friends or extended family!  The layout of this condo has two primary bedrooms each with their own full en suite bathrooms.  The first bedroom has a king sized bed with a full dual sink bathroom (standup shower); the second bathroom has a queen sized bed with a full bathroom (standup shower); and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin sized bed with a full bathroom (combination tub/shower) that also acts as the hall bath.  The living room is equipped with a matching comfortable sofa and love seat, perfect for relaxing at night or when you need an hour away from the sun!  There are two dining areas (6 top off the living room & 4 top in the kitchen) and the kitchen will be perfect for cooking after those sunsoaked beach days!  Most guests will find themselves enjoying a cocktail and relaxing to the sights and sounds of the ocean on the panoramic balcony that can be accessed from the living room and both primary bedrooms.

Summer House Villas is a premiere community within Wild Dunes.  It is a two building 5-story condo community with its own private pool.  Guests will have access to the private pool at Summer House (7 foot pool!) and direct beach access!  

There is also a washer and dryer if needed!  We provide guests with bed linens and bath towels and a starter supply of soaps, shampoo, bath tissue, paper towels, cleaning supplies and trash bags are also provided. We would love to host you!
